CheckFlow ("we", "us", "our") operates the CheckFlow browser extensions and the checkflow.net website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our extensions are designed with a privacy-first approach — your personal data and AI context stay on your own device.
2. Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to operate our services: Email Address: Collected when you purchase a license through our payment processor (Pabbly). Used only to send your license key and important service updates. License Key: Stored locally in your Chrome browser's sync storage. Used to validate your subscription status. Activation Count: We track how many devices have activated a license key to enforce the per-license device limit (maximum 3 devices). Payment Information: All payment processing is handled by Pabbly and Razorpay/Stripe. We do not store your credit card or payment details.
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect: • Your browsing history • Your AI conversations or prompts • Your emails or calendar data • Your WhatsApp or Telegram messages • Any personal files on your device • Crash reports or usage analytics • IP addresses or device fingerprints
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to: • Deliver your license key after purchase • Validate your subscription status when the extension is used • Send critical service or security notifications • Prevent abuse of license keys (activation limit enforcement) We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data Storage
License keys and subscription status are stored in Chrome's built-in sync storage (chrome.storage.sync). This data is encrypted by Google and synced across your Chrome devices. We do not operate our own database of user personal information. Subscription and payment records are maintained by Pabbly under their own Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Pabbly Subscription Billing: Handles payments, subscriptions, and license key management. 7. Chrome Extension Permissions
Our extension requests the following permissions and uses them as described: storage: Saves your license key and premium status locally on your device. notifications: Shows alerts when your license needs renewal or has been activated. alarms: Schedules a daily background check to re-validate your license status. host_permissions (checkflow.net, openclaw.ai): Used only to validate your license key with our API. No other data is transmitted.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Your Rights
