CheckFlow publishes browser tools and practical guides for people who do much of their work inside a web browser: founders checking a website before launch, support staff who move through the same admin screens every day, and operators who review dashboards, listings, and forms. The site has two parts. Product pages explain what each tool does and how to set it up. The blog collects how-to articles on browser workflows, extension safety, tab management, and launch checks.
The idea behind both is simple. A lot of routine web work is repeated by hand: open the same pages, check the same fields, copy results somewhere, and move on. When those steps live only in one person's memory, they get skipped on busy days, and nobody can tell afterwards what was actually checked. Writing the steps down, agreeing what a pass looks like, and keeping a short record of the result makes the work faster and easier to hand over, whether or not you ever use a tool for it.

Three practical tips before you automate anything
- Do the task by hand and write each step down first. If you cannot describe the steps and the expected result clearly, a tool will only repeat the confusion faster.
- Install as few browser extensions as you need, and review them from your browser's extensions page from time to time. Remove anything you no longer use, and be cautious with extensions that ask to read and change data on every website.
- Keep a person in the loop for anything that submits a form, sends a message, deletes data, or spends money. Automation is best at gathering and checking; final decisions should stay with you.
